Its 4th enemy so far, i think they were pretty common in he-man, they had different colour in daylight
 
Shadow Beasts! Yeah they appeared in a few episodes.

Here is a couple more references of the Hover Robots:


There you can see they shoot lasers and the hands turn into fans (or blades of dooooom!)


Here you can see they also have elastic limbs like Dhalsim.

Other repeatable enemies:

Comet men from the Cosmic Comet episode. They're comets that fall from the sky and transform into this weird blue guys. They didn't have attack animations in the episode so I guess they just fight like a normal dude, only in blue. When dying they explode into little stones that glow briefly. So if nothing else at least they would have a neat Spawn and Die animation.



The Ape Clan, again not many attack animations but they have clubs and lances. The one with the crown is in the picture for reference but there's only one of him so the guys from the game shouldn't have crowns.

Thanks for pics theyre very useful so i could do similar animations, i was thinking about he-man having different spawn animations when hes alone and different when hes with someone who doesnt know hes he-man but that would be only teela if shes gonna be playable, on the other hand i dont know if it wouldnt be too irritating to see his transforming animation everytime when level starts.
I dont know about that roll, if its gonna fit the gameplay maybe i will use it.

it depends on how long stages would be. For example on this history: The city is attacked by Skeletor/Hordak minions and He-man must save his parents in the palace. You can make 3 stages there: one on the city streets, one on the palace, and one on the royal hall where Adam's parents are captives. In this scenario it would be good to see the transformation only on the first stage, at the beginning of the city streets. Then you can show again the tranformation after this mini-plot/quest ends. In the next stage or next episode wherever you can call it.
 
would be nice to get all sound fx from the show without music interfering, i know filmation used the same sounds on other shows.

also the jet sound on this library is the same used on he man when he fly with that thing

i would have to rip the sounds but i need to watch episodes to get them without too much music in bg.
I need to figure out what kind of containers could be used for food or energy to collect them, im making also other types of enemies like this octopus from training episode, you know just to have different types.

I would like music to change if you fight with someone and change if youre walking forward after you defeated group of enemies.

I think i will make map of eternia so you could choose where to go instead of just stage by stage gameplay.I ripped some sounds already and still trying to figure out how you will get powerup like food/health recovery or maybe ill just make it like small portal but green or white one to recover health but thats not really creative.
 
the He-man theme was one of the first thing I learned to play on the piano. I still play it :)

This sounds pretty cool.

Nice stages to see included would be:
- Royal Palace
- Grayskull's entrance
- Snake Mountain
- Whispering Woods
- Fright Zone
 
I think thats the last one for now and i will start to cut stages apart to separate different skies and floors/grounds.
