Congratulations on the release of your original game!! ;D
I first found out about it while looking up information on "TMNT - Lost in Space", which led me to your facebook page, the development screenshots looked interesting, i like the urban settings, it is cool to read you mention Mighty Final Fight because that's also one of my favorite beat 'em ups on the NES, (sadly it doesn't get much love as Double Dragon or the main Final Fight series, it seems, i've heard of only 2 mods, and one is still not yet released)
I look forward to playing your game, thank you!
Ok, i've been playing through the first stage, and it's nice so far! There's that affectionate nod to "Streets Of Rage 1" in the gameplay, at first i also was not able to get used to not having a run feature, but the more i played, the more i realized a run feature would not benefit the SOR1 retro feel i am feeling. having said that, maybe make the character walk faster, just a little bit, so that you can move around the area faster, or something, i am not sure what exactly could be done, to keep an SOR1 feeling, you have that game style down to an art, and it is nice to see a game in 2020 with original intelectual property content, that manages to catch that essence of the retro beat em up so nicely, while having enough personality to make it stand out from the other OpenBOR mods that are not fangames based on known / licensed games.
For example "Balacera Brothers", it is a prime example to the konami run 'n gun era feeling, gameplay and aesthetics...so something with original characters / stages/ story, like that, i sometimes like to see aswell

Right from the start, the capcom style loading screen and intro reminiscent of SOR / Vendetta took me back to nostalgic times!I agree that a skip button would help, after you've seen it the first time, you will want to get right into the game next time you play.
Nice movesets, there is somewhat of a double dragon feel there as well

I would like to see more games implementing the NPC computer controlled 2nd player co-op feature in more games, i only know of the avengers/marvel one, and simpsons treehouse of horrors (although briefly)
It was one of the most enjoyable novelties of Final Fight 3 for me...although, i can understand, if it would be hard to code tho ^^'
Great job, i commend you for your game and its' release!
