Hype ! Glad to have some news of it.
This project is to my tastes, the closest thing the the best fighting gameplay style in an Openbor mod. (very close to my own old project gameplay...)

Hope to see more soon.
Hope you'll do a good use of the "help" files I sent for Lucia. (how to fix sprites etc.)
I sadly cannot help (more) anymore.

The fact to watch Ryu Ken etc runing on the streets, beating bad guys is so great!
Would be awesome if Chun-Li and Cammy can join the team, one day. (The planed FF roster is already perfect.)

Guy moves look badass. Really love mighty FF rapid punch, was wondering why Capcom never used it ever again besides this game. I only wish his head sprite looked more like his SF Alpha version, which is more detailed (I mean, if Cody got that, Guy also needs this much love;))
Ryu, Ken and Akuma being tag chars, like Chin and Ranzou? I guess it's a bit of a tribute to MVC1 Ryu👾

It's crazy fun doing all these moves while trying to group the enemies properly.

It makes me wish more game Dev's would have your sense of style for combos instead of nerfing stuff.
 
Congratulations for these new characters and their combos: do you have any plans to convert other Street Fighter characters to this format?

My only regret for Chun-Li is that she use SFA style clothes.
She would match the game graphics better with her SSF2 spriteset... (Sure Nash, there is no choice)

It gives me some hopes for a future chance to see SSF2 Cammy join the fight, later...
 
There are a few SF characters I would like to include, but not every single one. I wanted to have Alpha Chun Li to match the FF extra characters graphic style like in the GBA game where you have Alpha Guy and Alpha Cody, plus, Alpha Chun gives me access to more moves and sprites overall. SF2 Chun Li is harder for me to edit.

It’s true that SSF2 Chun Li would fit better but I like her look better in SFA games. I also like look of Blue Cammy SFA. ( I would love to play as that Cammy model in this game.)

Then if Mr Q adds Saukra -maybe Evil Saukra :) and or others SAF female characters they would match better.. for the over theme of the game? It’s Just my thought process.

What I do know is that there’s going tons of cool characters that will keep us busy.
 
It's a long shot but I would really love Eagle from street fighter alpha 3 upper and cvs2. His sprite is super cool and he has a fun weapon based style.
