I never "actually" liked Carlos's gameplay in FF2, but your mod really makes me want to try... ^^
Great upgrade of Carlos.
 
Finally Carlos is doing something with the katana hanging on his back!

In the original Final Fight 2 it was sad to see this beautiful sword and Carlos not using it much.

Besides adding all these sword moves makes him stand out from the other characters. Sweet.

I liek it, even it this Haggar chop sounds a bit too "slappy"
I would just edit the sound effect to be more "deep" ^^

I want them to feel slappy, just like real wrestling.
