Man, you kill me with these updates! Jean is among one of my favorites!
Speaking of telepaths, I've been playing with Emma a lot and I think she needs an upgrade on her normal form. Her powers are short ranged and too slow to "fire". And she needs some sort of a dodge move (maybe have her project a mental image of herself that attracts enemies, while she can move away safely). Some form of mind control (like Jean does in zvitor's mod) would be cool as well. I see her more like a trickster and teaser, making her foes act stupid while she remains glorious. Playing with her in psychic form is an extra challenge, so I find myself switching into diamond form more than I'd like. Also, are her jump attacks reversed? Instead of a regular hit to start a combo, she seems to knock down enemies when you push Down+Attack while in the air.
Another character I really like playing is Quicksilver. I love how fast he is, I can dodge bullets, get into position and do fast combos, it's great. He may be a little too strong though, and his Down+Up special is kinda meh. His jump downward kick could be fired with Up+Attack instead of Down+Forward+Attack, so it's easier to bounce and chain into another enemy. His avenger power could be "controllable". It's super strong when you got an enemy on the lower part of the screen and you activate it right in front of a boss, so you run through him multiple times. But if you need to clear the screen you must first move to the upper part of screen. Maybe you meant it this way...
Hawkeye could switch arrows with Up+Up, in contrary direction to Down+Down. Also, removing the need to press attack would make it faster to select the right arrow. Less important, I like that he doesn't run, but I think he lost 2 moves since you can't do a proper runattack.
Vision is superb. He's got a lot of moves to remember though.
Hulk is over the top (as should be - he's the Easy Mode character).
Maybe IronMan's projectile could use a better explosion hit effect. It's very strong, but doesn't look like it is. His avenger power is insane (makes Emma or Vision look really bad against bosses), but is super hard to connect. May I suggest a special that shoots many smaller and slower concussive beams in succession?
Beast is.. not very fun. :/ Can't say why, I need to play more.
