Yeah, but probabily he will be just an NPC which flies and throws that pill.

Well, after the beta, I will work on one of my favorite chars:

I have some cool ideas for her and she have a lot of potential, so I won't rush to maker her for the beta.

On one of my ideas, she will use her Hex Bolts to cast a projectile which will have random effects, like burn, freeze, poison, blast, etc.

I find her awesome, but I don't really have many ideas.
She could deflect projectiles, paralyze everyone (though transmuting enemies into crates already serve that), summon stuff (can she do that?)...

Some ideas:
Passive skill (or when blocking): bullets/projectiles against her have a chance to either pass through or reflect back but now they target enemies instead of players.

Hex Bolt (main ranged attack with random effect)

Reverse Gravity ("break" move that throws nearby enemies upwards).

Nightmare Hex (enemy becomes aggressive against all, for a while)

Transmute to Crate (if enemy is killed while in crate form, may contain item inside).

Magic Circle (place a trap that triggers when enemies touch it, but with random effect, like Blackheart's Inferno. It's better than Hex Bolt, but you must lure enemies to it).

Hex Sphere (summon a slowly moving ball of chaotic energy that randomly Hexes enemies near it with random effects like fire, lightning, ice, poison, etc. Not as potent as a Hex Bolt, but works independent of her, and you may have multiple ones active).

Alter Reality (create a temporary wall, object or obstacle, low enough to jump above)

Unending Pit (creates a hole on the ground, enemies who fall reappear seconds later, high above ground)

Dimension Door (create a tear in space/reality that when touched teleports her, another player or an enemy, to a random position; enemies can take damage or come back disoriented/stunned. This could also be a passive skill against enemies doing melee attacks)

Warp Reality (she looses control and whole screen flashes, changes colors, background, etc, enemies are severely slowed and weakened)
 
Nice ideas, Beto! Some of those ideas I already had (like the Nightmare Hex), but the other are pretty cool.

Seams that I need to make a weapon choose system for her, kinda like Hawkeye

yeah, like a "mute" state from RPGs: you can only walk around, maybe basic attack, or simply flee.
Though this is not OpenBOR usual territory, stat debuffs could be a great approach to Scarlet Witch. Weakened (decrease damage done), Paralysis (don't move, but can attack), Stun (can't move nor attack), Mute (can't use special), Berserk (attack closest enemy or player), Poison (damage over time), etc, these fit very well with chaos magic, in my opinion. Coding all this, however, may prove too complex just for the benefit of one single character.

Its exactly what drives me :)

And I know I will send a lot of pms to more experienced coders, lol
And they'll probably PM me, politely asking me to quietly leave the forums on account of disturbing the peace of the community. :P

This game me an idea - to make alternative modes for some other chars.

My idea is to make this avaliable to other chars, like:

Storm: she could choose between Wind Powers, Thunder Powers or Ice Powers
Wanda: She could the magic which she would cast.

About Wand, a little question here. What do you guys think its better (remember that Wanda can modify the probabilities)?

1- She can choose which spell she would cast (like Hawkeye does)
2- Random mode (which I like most). She will make a pose and choose a random spell to cast, with more spells than the previous option
3- A mix of both. The play can choose if they wants to use a Spell System (limited to, say, 4 spells) or Random System (where she can use a random spell from, say, 10 options)

I could do this to War Machine too, he could use a Machine Gun mode or a Heavy Weapon mode.
