Other than the Haggar FF3 outfit I've been working on Missing Link which will be another un-playable character from the game Vendetta.

I appreciated that too. Logically the next step would to be then copy the additions SOR2 & 3 added to the time-honored FF formula, and maybe stuff from Capcom's arcade games of the time, for FF4. But instead we got Streetwise... Any plans for a Slam Masters costume?

Also, it's nice to see lesser-known games get appreciation, especially from a skilled character maker.

EDIT: I think maybe Joey Faust's beat-em-up characters could get an edit for this game?
 
I'm not sure when i'm going to implement the Slam Masters outfit. It will eventually be in the game.
 
I finally get to show off Missing Link. He is another non-playable character that you will Vs in arcade or survival modes. The character is strong, has some decent throws & is always advancing with leap attacks. His team-up partner is a Doberman which can either grab your leg or leap around with bite attacks. Also this is the first time Haggar in his FF3 outfit has been shown in a battle.


 
I was playing on the TMNT ocean stage, when I noted Jessica was able to walk on water, and that Cody's gibs remained around his board rather than sinking into the water.

Probably need to disable finishers while on that stage. As for the team-up chars i'll make sure they have something to ride on the next update. By the way I figured out why some chars were not moving after one of Cody's moves. It was from his tornado attacks & now that has been fixed. Thanks for the feedback as always.
 
You're welcome! I also noticed Musashi uses Punisher burn sprites rather than the ones from his source game. Maybe use those for a standing burn animation?
 
The next update will be released on 1/18/2019. The new playable character in this update will be Ninja from the game Ninja Warriors.

 
Looks great! this ninja looks more agile than in original game :D
Makes me think if he's going to have slams like in original game

To make them more complete, with finishers, slams etc...

Electro, I like what you'done with these old sprites. That's great they're moving so smoothly with some new movesets.
Do you think you can one day take care of Mevella? :) I've ripped all her sprite and I always wanted to see her in one mugen project (she deserves it)  :-*
 
Send me the sprites & I'll make her. This Punisher game definitely needs a few more female combatants.

I totally agree. Mevella would be best as a playable character as opposed to being unplayable.


 
I think she doesn't have enough material to be a playable character. It would require a lot of work.
Mugen characters uses way more sprites than OpenBOR.

Given how he was able to make Musashi and Poacher Joe playable, I suppose he can make enough edits to fill Mevella’s movepool.
 
@Ilusionista & Miru  I usually start off by trying to make every character playable. It's just a matter of can I find the time to make new sprites. If you really wanted to you can change the position of the non-playable character to show up on the screen & actually play with them. They just might be missing some kick buttons. ;)

Jeremiah Cuff  I'll take a look at her sprites & see what's up. If it's really limited then I can have her as a team-up partner for someone.
