The project is currently under development.
Don't over-complicate it in your head, it's just simple logic.

1. Get my opponent entity.
2. Put my opponent entity into this animation and that frame.
3. Move them X number of pixels from my location.

Do it again for the next frame.

Keep that up until it's time to let them go. If it's a throw, set up some landing damage and then toss them X amount of distance. If it's a slam, do the damage first, then toss them a smaller bit of distance.

You figured out text file commands, you can figure out scripts. Seriously. What's the difference between learning this:

Hmm, thank you, but still don't understand. So, first part what confused me - how to get opponent entity? Really, I have no idea what you're talking about. 😶
 
A hack of Mighty Final Fight offers an interesting alternative for the second player, it would be fun to provide such a function on Openbor :):

Sorry kimono but I had to remove your link, no linking to rom sites, hacks of roms or anything to do with roms.
 
Ok I took note, sorry for this link.
The interesting idea of the author was therefore to allow player 2 to embody an enemy of his choice (instead of basic AI) who can attack player 1 :D
 
This one of my most hotly anticipated games. The Mighty-inspired artstyle is fantastic, and I love that you are including characters from FF2 and FF3. I see that you say you are not a programmer, but don't give up. This game deserves to see the light of day.
 
I love the demo! @Daniel99j, I saw there’s a Patreon membership for this project. If I upgrade to the membership, will I be able to play Guy in the game?
