hello!

i need some help to create 2 speech baloons that i will use as parrow on this game


i need human torch  flame on! baloon

can someone transform those balloons into indexed sprites?  im really suck to deal with those rgb/indexed conversion stuff sometimes

i also have tried using this balloon creator here:

i have uploaded a pink image and then draw the ballon by this site, but when i try to convert it back to indexed i not reach the result i want :(

if someone could help me to get those sprites will help me a lot :) thanks

dont do them in limited numer of colours, just cutout the baloon and then reduce colours because what you did is like 2 colors only, black and white, there should be also gray/inbetween colours.
Also look how theres no black on background and bulb is dark black, it sticks out too much because its too dark., that black outline of the bulb is too much.
 
i did another video showing one more secret character from the new fantastic four team.

wolverine is almost full coded, i need to do the weapon x move, the dive kicks and he is done.

im not sure i will add the air combos on this game, i think i will keep it for my next one, since all my games will be the evolution of the previous i need to keep adding things to keep things fresh and atrractive to not get the  main core overused.

for this game i have added:
evade moves to be performed while blocking
counter attack moves to be also performed while blocking

all characters will have  a grab up, grab down and grab forward, plus throw moves

the stage is more like a test stage, i think i will change the stage soon

I know this is not the topic to ask about this, but where is the download link for Marvel Wargems mod at. I can't seem to find it on this forum.

I did another video showing the new stages from chapter 1, those stages have many platforms and walls all made by maxman, thanks :P
The second boss ai is "inspired" from sailor moon mod, with some minor tweaks.
The video also show the Thing gameplay, plus Spiderman new web slams (up up attack, down up attack)

to finish the chapter 1 i need:
- put sound on sea creatures,
- fix some walls and spawn locations,
- create one more mini boss, a giant whale (or desperation move from the first boss to call the giant monster whale)
- create cinematics using animated Vision style like he did on hachet ninjas

i think i raised the bar too much from my previous project and it is taken more time than i was expecting :(
i hope to finish the chapter 2 until the end of this year at least

It requires good imagination. If you're good at it, you can set platforms and walls in just couple minutes ;D.
 
i can see compression blocks on moon background on my laptop, i guess you have analog crt monitor ?

I love this also, this is the type of stage & game that I would love to make. If I could learn how to make platforms then I would be able to make a Super Metroid remake, but sadly that is one of the tricks of openbor I have not figured out yet. I will definitely play & study this mod when it is released.

i need help to fix my english text grammar for the first stage
can someone check those lines, or improve my lines (spolier alert):


the earth are suffering from some misterious earthquakes...
reed are using his super computer to track the earthquake source exact location...
while computer is searching for the exact earthquake location, the fantastic four are contacted by the president...
the president ask for help, because the erath are being attacked by sea creatures...
while computer still track the exact earthquake location the fantastic four fly to the port to face those sea creatures
(ben says: i bet those sea creatures are the cause of this earthquakes)
(johnny says: OH man! i hate water!)


in game dialog beating the boss

boss: your earthquakes are destroing atlantis!
ff: what? those earthquakes are not coming from atlantis?
reed: there is a mistake here
boss: indeed, i must return to atlantis to say the war is over.
reed: the computer finish to track the exact location, and here says milions of kilometers below ground.
reed: this can only be in...
ff: subterrania!
 
English is not my native language, but couldn't resist  :P  (for some reason I like to spell check)

I think you should replace computer with a name. And pick a name for port cause President must have known attacked port's location before telling it to Fantastic Four.

I changed some phrases to avoid repetition, and gave Reed's dialogue a couple of big words. Though I'm not familiar with his speeches in comics, he's a genius, after all. ;)

I'm not an English major, so I hope I didn't get anything wrong. :)
