Fantastic work, man! ;D Wonder if that pipe could be climbable. Heheh. Or it does not have to be. (Looking at that platform will be a lot of hard work to get wall platforms get together due to sides of walls staying exact.)

Nah, setting wall for this image is quite easy. The tough part is setting enemies so player isn't always forced to drop down to kill enemies who can't climb up
 
I guess you're right Bloodbane. But the reason I said that is because of my experience with wall platforms being put together in stage, not as an entity. rafhot did mention that I did the walls for his F4 mod. Creating several wall platforms all together in one of the stages was complex to me every time the entities went against the side or the tip of the wall so they'd fall. I needed to tweak its adjustments in order to make them right and avoid them falling between them. My point is having walls stick together properly but separating walls is a different story and that's the easiest to do. That was a couple of years ago. The version I used before was malfunctioning to walls, now it's not malfunctioning anymore after I used another later/fixed engine.

Perhaps 1 or 2 guys from Kunio series? 8)
 
Your project is great and the most faithfull to the original double dragon. I suggest you to make not only dd1 and dd2 stages, but you make some new dd3 stages with a cool ending with Marian reviving.
Kunio and Rikki could be a awesome addiction to it´s roster.

Fantastic! I just have a very very special favor, if you're using the DD2 characters:

KEEP THEIR ORIGINAL K.O. VOICES FROM DD2!

So far, few mods,if any, were able to give proper death SFX to the characters. In DD2, every enemy had a unique voice, not like all the male guys making the same UAIGH~! death SFX. So probably, the only original DD1 character appearing in DD2 (Jeff), might have his unique DD2 voice instead of the generic UAIGH~! sound. :P

They are a bit different about proportions and all...
