I found some more things. This time, I've put the pics in the post instead of just posting them in attachments. So, here goes:

* Antrax and Tempestra's health bars seem to show them with a little bit of damage when they show up:

* Casey has a palette error on one of his Mouser walking frames if he's using a different palette. It's on his arm:

* This weird glitch involving this door in the background happened randomly during my last playthrough. I haven't seen it in any other playthrough of mine:

* I don't think this is a bug, but you can get a large amount of lives from doing the Sewer Party Tube bonus game, while the other ones give you a lot less. Where you get about 1-3 lives with the others, you can get 6-7 doing this one. As you can see in the pictures, I went from 7 lives to a whopping 14!:

Thanks guys for reporting. You have been great. I fixed almost all of the reported glitches (notable omission were pupils in stage select screen and the like, that will have to wait for next time)

* Removed some problematic walls in sewer and Technodrome levels
* Fixed various palette issues
* Updated Rat King's rat helpers (playable ver.)
* Solved issue of music tracks occasionally not playing
* Fixed various other bugs and issues

Some suggestions of mine:

- Add a select animation
- all the players should have the same amount of color choices, to make a standard.
- it's a bit frustrating that many players doesn't have special attacks or throw moves.
- some attacks needs variations, like Dexter normal attack combo.

Keep the good work.
 
I suppose throw attacks are not necessary for all characters, considering there are some chars whose normal attack is a shot.
I'd say it is ok as it is right now, just some special moves need buffs or tweaks.

Anyway, my today's report after some playing around with version 1.09 is the following:

1) April does not have black dot-eyes on art saying she's unlocked. She looks proper on char select screen though.

2) If baster stockman (fly man) is caught in the net on "Under destruction" level, we can see the palette glitch.

3)  More of a gameplay moment - some bosses' AI could maybe be more complex. Some bosses can be caught into loop and then you just spam attack till they die. Was able to do so with Granitor, I was just standing a bit upper than him and spammed attack, while he was trying to shoot me, although the missile always whiffed.

4) Traag caught in Barney's bubble is a bit off.

5) Some bosses still have a little chunk of health when you defeat them. Also happened with one of playable characters I played once, unfortunately I didnt screen shot it and don't remember who it was.

6) Bosses slide from side to side problem was fixed for the most time. Still I encountered it once again. If you hit Dirtbag with frog's special move (gun with a tongue) he will slide while his pickaxe is stuck.

7) Some bosses still apear without full health

8) When Karai appears and steals the hostages this happened. She stole only Irma. I guess men are worthless for her, lol.

9) Giant Dask's shots while jumping are shol lower than his gun. Like from the level of his leg

10) Snowmen can pick mutagen capsule from the floor and it (the capsule) will dissapear.

11) Now this one is strange... April turns into some kind of mutant during some of her running attack.

If this is intentional and is a reference to some episode, well, I think it still shouldn't be her running attack. Maybe that would be approvable for special attack, but turning into mutant for running attack is kinda off.

I'm not a fan of the Nes gameplay but I do respect the amount of work you did here it's truly some special, I was looking for more palettes of characters even original palettes that you created yourself but there wasn't much!!!  Also I wish you can play as some of the bosses of the Technodrome's 3 stages but they weren't there and I could probably understand as you didn't what to have the player playing as Shredder while he's fighting Shredder lol!!

Overall, nothing else could be said man, my playthrough is of the 1.08 version as I just saw you released a new one!!  Looking forward to trying it out whenever I get the chance bro thanks again for all the hard work man!!  Looking forward to see what you come up with next ;D

Did you try arcade mode? It unlocks after you finish the story. All characters including technodrome bosses are available here from the very beginning.

I know I mean after when you first fight them like how to the rest of the bosses are like when you first fight Krang and after that he gets unlocked, that's what I meant!!

Thanks for the game, Merso X. Final version looks really awesome. You did incredible job with this project.

It would be nice to see more classic and alternative palettes for playable characters in the future but this is not so important:

These are really cool. I too, hope more retro skins will make it to the game  8)

Oh, that is SO cool! Thanks for sharing.
It's awesome to see an OpenBOR game getting such attention. On the other side, lets hope this won't bring unnecessary attention from the original IP holders.
 
Thank you all for your feedback. The game has been downloaded over 60k times this month on Gamejolt, which is crazy.

I'm preparing a quick update getting rid off all music fades. They are erratic and don't always function properly. They work on my end but then I'll see a gameplay on youtube and sometimes there's scenes without music because if this.

Other random stuff is the color of the net trap , and Karai not always grabbing all three of the Channel 6 guys.

Yeah, I'm so glad to see that this game is connecting with so many people on a positive level.

I saw your Youtube trailer also has well over 100k views as well!  And there are multiple Let's Play videos and streams going up on Youtube everyday , in various languages!

*Improved the basic attack range of the TMNT (they can now hurt enemies even when overlapping)
*Fixed music issue - now there's always music (esp. during Baxter fight)
*Fixed partially empty health bars of bosses (Tatsu, Pogocopter, Karai)
*Minor tweaks to Tiffany
*Karai (boss) now takes all Chan 6 hostages, always
*A few other fixes
 
Thanks for the new version, Merso. I hope you address all the issues and wishes in due time.
But can you please clarify about April's run attack transformation? Is it intentional?
 
I found some more stuff while playing this game. Here's a few glitches, odds and ends. Note, these were taken with V1.09 and not the currently released version, but I'm pretty sure some of these are still in the new build. Here goes:

* Slash's yellow eye switches eyes during his run attack. It's on the left normally, but when he performs his dash attack, it switches to his right eye.

* When Zak does his dash attack, he can hit the playable Rat King for some reason.

* Sometimes when Groundchuck rips the pipe off the pipeline, the pipeline's sprite moves slightly to the right.

* Weird glitch with manhole. I'm not sure why this happens since most of the time I don't see it.

* Triceraton's frozen palette looks a little strange.

* This Foot Soldier sometimes spawns a bit too far to the right. It seems to do this if you move a bit too quickly to the right during this scene, but I'm not sure.

* When Leatherhead gets caught in the rope trap, the ropes use his palette.

* If you move all the way up during this fight and move left, you can clip into the car on the left. It seems like Krang can't even hit you while you're over here either.
