Thanks a lot for the feedback, guys! I have been already thinking about Street Fighter-like special moves. As a matter of fact I wanted to add moves from the SNES TMNT: Tournament Fighters. About the people in the background, that is a GREAT idea. I remember that skater girl from TMNT Arcade/TMNT2 NES (which is already in the MOD/game). I always loved that idea but you only get to see something like that once in the whole game. It should be easy to do and it shouldn't take long and it would definitely make the game feel more "alive". Thanks again, I will work on it!!!!
 
I forgot to mention that I kind of need a favor. In the SNES Tournament Fighters, Donatello's stage was a junkyard, which I'm pretty sure was based on an episode from the show, I think so because I once saw a screenshot from the show and the background looked a lot like this stage. If anyone knows the name of the episode, could you please tell me? I definitely wanna add that to the game as an extra level. Thanks in advance!!

Here I am, "sketching" again with Photoshop. These future new enemies were based on the action figures. Triceraton's proportions had to be changed so they fit the NES style, with the big heads and stuff while Chrome Dome's proportion were based on Shredder.

you are doing a fabulous work with all those sprites!. they looks cool.

if you are thinking on do they playable as well, as seen on the other game, tmnt rescue palooza, then you should split all they a bit for unlock them. hehe :)

Regarding junk yards in the classic TMNT cartoon, here's a few episodes that might be what you're thinking of:

Return of the Shredder: The Turtles fight the Crooked Ninja Turtle gang at the junkyard.
Leatherhead Meets the Rat King: the Turtles hold training sessions complete with cardboard cutouts of villains.
Enter the Fly: the final battle over the Dooku plant takes place at the junkyard with Shredder and Baxter Stockman setting a trap for the turtles from which Splinter saves them.
The Catwoman from Channel Six: Bebop and Rocksteady briefly visit the city dump after Shredder teleports them there.
The Ninja Sword of Nowhere: The final confrontation between the turtles and Shredder takes place at the junkyard.  Aliens randomly show up to get their sword back.
