I found out that using risetime 700 in header prevented enemy from using riseattack which shouldnt happen, so now when i want it to work i have to leave long risetime for enemies and i dont like it, i think its broken cause no matter what value i use for risetime, it should still play that riseattack but values above risetime 200 stop riseattack from playing.
So.. after testing i figured risetime 190 200 works and riseattack plays , risetime 200 210 doesnt work and riseattack doesnt play so 200 is the magic number, i want enemies to rise quickly so i use values above 200 and i cant if i want to have riseattack working.
