Remove shadow from Character Select Screen.

Is there any possible way to remove those shadows in the txt?

I tried input

Shadow 0

and

Light
at 0

but it didn't seems to work at all... after I input, the game is suddenly crash.

You need to use

fshadow 0

in the character text for those frames of animation.

and BTW you should really increase resolution in vide.txt file
it looks a bit crammed for what you are going for

Should I input the fshadow 0 in "waiting anim" or above the character status such as Name, HP, and MP?

IIRC you need colourdepth higher than 8 bit to use those shadow commands
