The smurf looks badass! I like the look of it though. :) You have great recent sprites you showed us.

Maybe make a robot rabbit shoot lasers with its eyes when playable char is close or far away. Just kidding.

Id like to try asterix maybe in the future or some new version of turtles sprites, maybe robocop as well for some other small mod, once you have character made its easy to make anims, i just need to find proper style so character look good, best robocop sprite was in robocop vs terminator on sega genesis but id have to make it more cartoony but i didnt tried with more realistic textures.

 
No, i only make my childhood dreams come true and didnt really planned  any big game, for me its about gameplay, i mean whatever stage and lots of enemies then i can play even if game has only 3 stages but gameplay is good then im gonna play it lots and lots of times, i like beatemup genre thats why i have training mode in fightin spirit so you can beat lots of enemies on one stage and just enjoy it not bothering with story mode and stuff.
Id prefere to have lots of games based on different characters with 3 stages only than 2 full games with 20 stages UNLESS someone is willing to pay for making it... then its business but so far its just passion. I like process of animating and creating character in that stickman software cause im inspired when i do it and its always fun to see how animation comes out.
By adventure game i dont really know what you mean, like point and click, i tried adventure game studio 10 years ago but i was just searching engine to make platformers or beatemup games, im not into adventure games really but i like graphics from them.
I dont like the idea to control character with mouse or control multiple characters at once.
 
I try to do similar, if I can make it fun to play, stages don't matter.
With many real games I often just like one aspect or section of gameplay.

Yeah point and click type game is what I meant or some kind of variation, like RPG's. 

The cool graphics is what i like,  your work reminds me of these kind of games, or something more modern like RPGs. 
I'm not into point 'n' click either, except the old lucasarts games. Nor do I play rpg's.

I wasn't really thinking anything specific or suggesting you try and make a full scale game.

But was just thinking that something along these lines would allow you to make many chars and not have to worry about many animations besides stand and walk.

You mentioned doing less violent mods, I can imagine some of these sprites in a game where they are characters you interact with more.  Like the typical quest giver npc from various games.

I tried AGS about that time too and moved to bor.
 
smurf is now playable you can download demo again to try him out but he doesnt have skateboard and doesnt shoot apples, just jumping.

Great Job, sprites look perfect.

I found a page with lots of voice samples and music from the show.  there's also a midi track of the theme so you could make your own stage loops too.

thanks guys, theres also song at the end of the show without voices so i chop that into pieces later, with cupid if i put him higher then he would have to shoot arrows from angle and characters would have to jump to get rid of him, i dont want to make the game annoying.
Mtrain its thanks to software im using, animations look fluid cause it has ragdoll physics when animating, i started i think 4 mods already because with that software i can do whatever characters i want, i liked the show so i started the game, it doesnt take long to make characters, about one day per full character from creating sketch to having him in game.Same with background but i reused bg from bears mod and i just made it more smooth without pixels, the show has similar style to "day of the tentacle" and i like that style so ill make some other bgs later, now im figuring out what characters are good for generic enemies and what chars are good as bosses.

made new enemy and pain anim, also spunky can be hurt now, im changing his type from NPC to PLAYER in spawn animation cause i want him to turn around like player when running around but im not sure if its good way to do it.

I found its easy to get addicted to making new characters and animations, i have small collection already but the games i started need some more work so ill try to create some more characters that could fit into my games not just fan art with characters that i always wanted to do because this way i would have 100000 game ideas and not much done besides animations, i wish i had this problem couple of years ago - too many sprites but not enough gameplay done. ;D
