So this is a Street Fighter-like Fangame based on the Masters of the Universe I'm working on powered by the MUGEN Engine. I'm a HUGE MOTU Fan. So far I only have 2 characters but I'm hoping to be able to add more at some point. I honestly have no idea when I'm gonna be able to release a demo. The characters are based "mainly" on the action figures instead of the Filmation series but I might borrow ideas from other media such as the mini comics and the 200X reboot by Mike Young Productions.

Sorry, last time I tried to do that I didn't even see an option. I'm gonna try again.

UPDATE: It looks like someone already took care of it. I assume you did. Thank you!

Niiice! Thanks! Eventually I wanna make Faker a separate character but I have NO idea when I'm gonna have the time to do so. I have already decided which are gonna be the next 6 characters I'm gonna add. I will update the picture on the first post. There should 12 character all together.

On this video I'm showing 2 new characters and a new stage. The "flying" mechanics for Buzz-Off are exactly the same I used for Stratos. Animating Whiplash was kind of tricky because of his tail but I think I "kind of" figured it out. With these 2 characters I complete the second cycle, but before starting the third one there are some final touches I wanna work on.

On this video I'm showing 3 stages that I recently finished.

1.-Sands of Fire: As far as I know this area was introduced in the Mike Young animated series, in the episode called "Mekaneck's Lament". I thought it was visually interesting.

2.- Avion: The city of Avion itself as well as Delora (Strato's wife) were based on the "Siege of Avion" mini comic. The "Avionians" were based on the Filmation series and Stratos of course.

3.-Andreenos: I believe the name "Andreenos" was also introduced in the Mike Young animated series, in the episode called "Sky War". The Andreenids (or Bee People) were based on Buzz-Off but with slightly different colors so you can tell they're the same species but not the same character.

Now that all 12 characters I have so far have their own stage the 2nd cycle should be complete. I should start the 3rd cycle pretty soon, with 6 new characters.

I just added 2 new characters and a new stage. The stage is actually made up and it's based on another He-Man game I finished back in 2024 (MOTU: Eternian Battle). Since Spikor is Purple and has spikes I thought that a Purple Forest with spiky trees made sense and well I thought it would look cool too.

I just added 2 new characters and a new stage!

The stage is based on Webstor's stage from another MOTU game I released back in 2024 (MOTU: Eternian Battle). Since Webstor has some spider-like abilities a spider-infested cave made sense to me. I know, I know YET ANOTHER cave stage. Since Webstor has blue skin and red eyes I thought I would use the same colors for his stage. When my sister saw it she went like, "Oh, the colors remind me of Spider-Man!". That was NOT what I was going for, but I do agree with her. Anyway, I now have 16 playable characters.
