how is this game coming along ? any ideas when you will release the next update with rogue and jean grey ?
can't wait to try it out one day :)
 
working slowly on new stages..... no date yet for game release.

Nice screenshots zvitor, working on new stages is a slow and boring process but the payoff will be worth it. I'll predict a spring release date sometime in April when the new captain america film is out or May when the new Spider-Man movie is released.

After beat game, you can choise which level you wanna play with any char.

Hey zvitor, do you plan to change the sprites for the "teleport pad"?
Can you at least add some transparency to it?
It looks like it's gonna burn the char...
 
deadpool is 100% confirmed, i already started to work on his sprites, but dont have notthing to show atm, (it is MVC unlimited' sprites resized, not the same base of teaser
focus still on stages.

... im working on others modes too, game will not have a team mode,
but i will include somes remakes modes,
like captain america and the avengers, i will include 3 of same stage of arcade game, you will be able to choice only avengers here, and will add my already done minions, and maybe 1 or more new enemys.
same to x-men: mutant apocalypse and spiderman maximum carnage,
i want to include a fantastic four mode too, but we dont have a 16bits FF game to make a remake, im wondering about a "Fantastic Four and rise of silver surfer" like movie .... or.... any ideias?

You will need to think which one, because your chars are way bigger than the chars of that game.
If you use the first city, for example, the chars would be taller then the doors

tonite i will try a stage resize, but im sure it will not look good, so i tink i will go with a reduced walk area.
 
There is a Fantastic Four game, it both uses the story of silver surfer form the movie and the comics, its from DS
there is a FF:Rise of the silver surfer game on gba, but focuses on the movie
 
on my fantastic four project im using the psx ff game as inspiration, but i only using the music from that game.
i got the ff game for pc too but i found nothing that i could use on my game, there is also the ff silver surfer for ps3 and xbox that i never played, and also there is a gba i think ff game that only have human torch as playable

just make the first door and the BANDK door taller.
 
The stages look great, zvitor! Are you planning to make a platformer type on some stages like the recent shots shown?
