Complete Marvel First Alliance 2 [Release]

Project is completed.
Oh my, on NES Captain America he was my favorite. Is he going to be playable in further releases? If no then it's ok too, there are many good characters already :D
 
Has anyone gotten this working with the Wii? I have tried running this with the latest Wii OpenBOR  build version 4055 and build 3978. Thought the game will run the sound effects, specifically for punches on any character come through scratchy as though it can't properly play the audio. I have tried changing the audio settings in the game to every combination of audio setting I could think of and still scratchy audio from sound effects. Other audio in the game including menu's, voices, and background music seem unaffected.  Makes me think it is something to do with the the samples for the sound effects.

You sir, are awesome! That was exactly the problem! I downsampled all wav files in the pak to 8-Bit and repacked it and boom no more audio problems! Thanks!

I think cable's professor cube could be more aggressive.  As of right now I prefer using his telepathic powers so I use my hyper just so I can use it...maybe switch it around psy powers first then cube.

I think cable should be spiced up more.

like his dashing arm should be a dash move not a hyper move...and you should maybe use the spear sprites for an up close attack, and the sprites I gave you for a hyper beam should be his hyper move.  it's the sprite where he is jumping and pulling it from behind his back.

he could also use an attack for close range.

archangel's feathers should at least make enemies flinch, still should go through enemies but make it have hit detection. As of now his feathers are weaker than his punches and I thought the whole point of special moves were to help when punches do not.

mystique should be able to change into one of the minions instead of just shoot.  It would give her boss battle a little more depth.  if she transforms into one of them then you wouldn't know who you're punching until she changes back.

sentry needs an extra move like a light blast like guardian's area of effect hyper.

healing for those with healing factor should be more evident.  I couldn't really tell no matter how long I waited.

I really wished the sentinels would explode instead of just disappear.

ghost rider's health is terribly low. and nothing he has makes up for this.

hulk use to be the one to use but the banner transform really handicaps him, at least compared to red hulk or anyone who doesn't have this weakness...cool idea but not so much for a beat em up

- sprites of his hyper move are when his lost control of his power, then his arm does that thing, he didnt do it frequently so its better for hyper then dash which you can use anytime, spear attack sprites didnt looked cool.
- switch... yea,could be better
- cable dont have close range attacks, it is what make him unique and last char to be unlocked

- archangel is a great char, he have a great range to his U,U+A and you can combo it with run attack + jump down attack also he is one of fews with block back , archangel's feathers are purposely weak to not make him a spammer,

- will incress ghostR life to 4

- i still tink hulk moves compensates banner thing and make him better then red hulk

- life 5 has 300 life, life 6 had 320 and it was only to chars with healing factor at comics, so what i did was  remove this 20 life points from they, 5 and 6 now are 300, and 6 have healing factor, what is not suppose to be a great thing, just like at x-men 2 clone wars, if you survive at a group with few life, then rest a bit and you gain a bit of life, generally more then 20 life points.

@beto, btw i change storm attacks tornado is her weak DF+A and his current DF+A will be her run attack,

Dude! saw my Edna edit sprite of Kotono from tuff n' enuff in the preview.  That's a awesome surprise, wish it was one of my OG's but since I haven't uploaded any that's my fault.  Always love to see my work in others work...gotta check this mod out.

i thought kotono was a edit of punk girl sprites.

Does She-Hulk have a different pallete? It seems there's only the classic one. Would be nice if Fantastic Four costume was available.

Speaking of which, HumanTorch doesn't have the classic blue suit and white gloes/boots costume, like the others (by the way, why isn't it the default pallete for Invisible Woman and Mr. Fantastic?)
 
I'm using Windows 8.1x64, OpenBOR 3.0 (Dec 31 2013), Marvel First Alliance 2 v2.6, and if I'm in the middle of a game, if another player tries to join in, then OpenBOR exits (crashes?) unexpectedly.

I can't seem to get the mod to work tho, I don't recognize the format and can't find the pak format anywhere.

it happens here too with windows 7, looks like select screen are only place where other players could press start,
i will check it better and make a better report for engine builders.
... this is simillar to continue bug, which made me not add continues.

some pleople said that, i said to download again and worked fine.
or maybe your anti-virus are deleting .pak right after download.

Not really. I was playing with 2 players then at Thanos I joined with players 3 and 4 and everything went fine.

Maybe it's the compression?  I'm running on win 8 so I downloaded the patch too.  But I don't know what this .rar format is.  What do I need to recognize it?
 
Very good game and quite challenging  ::).  barely reaches the 3rd. mission. I like Captain America  ;D, but I find it a bit dull, whereas the capitan america has great speed if you compare it with the movie. This is the final version of the game ?????? .. Very entertaining. Greetings. ;D ;D
