The project is currently under development.
Well, the floor is horizontal/flat while the staircase is diagonal. Here are the main 2 images I used as a reference.

I know, this is what I am talking about:

now compare with the stage

Both lines (green and pink) should be aligned
I see what your're saying now. I believe those lines should be aligned IF tha staircase was completely horizontal, in which case it would be more like a bridge. I feel they're NOT aligned in the picture I used as a reference either. It's just not as obvious because of the angle which is from above, closer to the ceiling. In the game the camera is closer to the floor where it becomes more obvios that the floor and the staircase are not at the same angle. In the pictures I used the staircase seems to be a little more horizontal than in the game, but it's still diagonal while in the game is closer to a 45-degree angle. Here's a picture that will hopefully help explain what I'm trying to say.

On this video I'm showing 2 new characters and a new stage. The stage is based on the Filmation's She-Ra episode titled "Black Snow" where you get to see the inside of "Castle Chill". I'm pretty happy with the "Pseudo 3D" effect I was able to achieve on the floor. I always use Parallax/Mode 7, but this time I used it 3 times on the same stage because of the steps that lead to the Ice Throne, each step at a different height and therefore at a different angle. It was tricky, but I do feel there's a sense of depth when the camera moves.

On this video I'm showing 2 new characters and a new stage. I'm not as familiar with She-Ra characters as I am with He-Man characters, so She-Ra characters will most likely take me longer to finish since I have to do some research before working on them. Ths stage still feels kind of simple so I might add more details later.

On this video I'm showing a couple of new stages and a more detailed version of 2 stages that I had already shown on previous videos. I took some liberties so the stages are NOT identical to the backgrounds they were based on but they should be "recognizable".

New Stages:

1.-Whispering Woods (Bow's stage).
2.-Inside The Fright Zone (Hordak's stage).
3.-Horror Hall (Shadow Weaver's stage).
4.-Beast Island (Grizzlor's stage).
5.-Scorpion Hill (Scorpia's stage).
6.-Slime Room (Mantenna's stage)

Older Stages:

1.-Enchanted Castle (Castaspella's stage): I had already shown this stage on a previous video but I thought it was too simple so I added more details.
2.-Outside The Fright Zone (Catra's stage): The Fortress is more detailed and the lights are animated. I also added some fog and reused the Horde Troopers from Hordak's stage.

So the next wave is only gonna be 6 characters, 3 Heroic Warriors (Rokkon, Granita & Slamurai) and 3 Evil Warriors (Strongarm, Goat Man & Minox). Pretty much I just wanna fill the empty spaces on the Character Select Screen. Some of these characters are pretty obscure but while doing some research I found out about them and thought they looked really cool.

I think excluding Strongarm, I never saw the others before.

There were some characters that were only featured on the Filmation Series (Granita, Strongarm, Icer). Other characters made an appeareance on some comic books (Goat Man). In the case of Minox, the character was featured on a comic book that was only published in Italy, as far as I recall. Slamurai for example, there was the concept for the character, but they never released the action figure, at least not in the vintage toyline. I believe he's from the same dimension as Ninjor. Goat Man showed up in the latest film from 2026. It's interesting how some publishers created their own characters. Some ideas are mad cool.

On this video I'm showing 2 new characters and a new stage:

Granita: She is a character created by Filmation, as far as I know, and was introduced as part of the Rock People along with Stonedar and Rokkon on the She-Ra cartoon.

Goat Man: He was introduced on the Golden Books on the one titled "Secret of The Dragon's Egg" or something like that.

The stage is based on the unreleased Jungle Playset from the original vintage toyline that I believe eventually was turned into Snake Mountain.

On this video I'm showing 2 new characters and a new stage.

1.-SLAMURAI (Character): As far as I know this character was never released on the vintage toyline but there was the concept for it. Eventually both, CLASSICS and ORIGINS released a figure based on him.

2.-MINOX (Character): As far as I know, this character appeared only in a comic book that was published in Italy named "The Maze of Minox" or something like that. I thought the character looked cool. He seems to be based on Greek Mythology.

MAZE (Stage): This stage is based on the italian comic book "The Maze of Minox" which at the same time seems to be based on the Minotaur slayed by Theseus from Greek Mythology.

This was kind of a last-minute decision. I didn't wanna release another demo because I thought I was gonna be able to finish the game before the end of the year 2026 but that's NOT happening. There's A LOT to do but hopefully whoever gets to play this will enjoy it. I will upload it to Chrono Crash as soon as I have a chance.
