White Dragon, Bloodane made a team-up attack for a Sailor Moon mod, check the attack from the twin bosses Castor and Polux. Maybe you can ask BloodBane for this script

You got a nice list of objects there that should fit the beach level nicely, but it looks like they have way too many colors blended in to pallet to match up with the TMNT sprite style. Maybe a more strict color pallet with less color blending. That being said, I did really like the foot soldier jumping out of the sand, throwing the surfboard and peeking from behind it. Although it may be useful to include the sprite sets for the foot soldier without the surfboard aswell in case White Dragon decides to make the surfboard its own individual object when he throws it.

Thanks a lot! Surely I will use the foot soldier that emerges from the sand and the foot soldier with the surf! Beautiful! I think I also use the bucket and towel!
The only thing I ask is, however, a graphical cleaner because in this way not s'intonerebbe with that of the TMNT. I'll give you a few examples:

How you see , it's not just a color fix (and recuded palette), but a cleaned pixelage (for surf) ^__^
 
thanks  White Dragon lots ! :)  i us pant shop pro it's what i know and my My Little tricks. i didn't know what pallet  to us . is there a graphical cleaner program or did you do that by hand looks nice er :)

There's not a cleaner program. U need to fix/smooth a sprite hand by hand.
When I talk about a palette, of course I don't mean my palette (that u don't know) but I mean a palette with with few colors.
Your palette is 256 colors, my palette is 12 colors. Than u need to fix the sprite hand by hand to smooth the sprite with new palette.
Than u need to change the colors to adapt them to TMNT Arcade Game style ^__^

Export in GIF/PNG on Photoshop and reduce the color count to 12.

Yeah first reduce color palette with Photoshop, then smooth the sprite hand by hand ^__^
 
i have a idea ok what iff you had a jet pack foot for your flying level .
and ? iff a foot on a glider was holding a gun foot but the gun foot will be facing the  Turtle?  ..last one have you thot of adding krangs ship for a boss on your flying level?
 
imagination and knowing how to use script properly and effectively makes all the diffrence Wish I was at this level  ;D

Foot soldiers with jetpack is great!!
Boss for this level I was thinking about wingnut ^__^
