I can attest to this game running on the virtual Wii partition on Wii U, back when White Dragon released "light" versions of it where only the 4 Turtle characters were playable.

Wii U is recently beginning to be exploited for homebrew but its a stretch since Nintendo has been patching it up and I really don't know if they successfully got OpenBor running on it yet due to the nonexistence of a Wii U build. Like I said before, I can tell you I've been content with playing OpenBor on the Wii side of the Wii U for a few years with some minor gripes (I stick to the mods I know work fine or with very few problems).

@White Dragon,
I hope its not too much to ask if you could release the latest stable build of your mod with only the 4 playable turtles so we could definitely test on Wii and Wii U.
Not gonna ask you to release a light version everytime there is an update because that would be too much to ask of your time.

Again, thank you so much for an amazing work in progress mod!
I've been downloading and playing every new revision on my android phone and I always look forward to your progress on this mod everytime I check into the forums.

Top Notch professional work as always.

MaxBeta,
That is all very good information. Thanks for that. I don't know much about wii u.
Do you have an old light version that has at least the beach level in it? Maybe, that will work on my wii. It be nice to have a demo of at least this on there.

Also, does anyone at all have a version of Shellshocked that works with the TMNT 2 pack. I really want to try that. But the newest isn't working for me unless I am doing something wrong. If the whole thing will work in a pak file that be even better. I appreciate the pak file with TMNT 2 if anyone has it. Otherwise, if it has to be uncompressed if anyone has an old revision that works of shellshocked I appreciate it.

That be so awesome White Dragon. Thank you very much.

Also, this is a side note but I been playing a lot of TMNT bor games. All are demos except for the battletoads one which I have not played all the way through. It seems to be more battle toads feel then TMNT though. Anyway, my point is, I played the Lost in Space TMNT demo and he binds a key to do a back flip. I just really enjoy that, having another way to move around the screen instead of walking and jumping.

Maybe, you can consider adding a blackflip move to one key for your fighting system. Just a suggestion. Otherwise, I love your fighting system. It has a great variety of moves. It looks like it be very fun to  play with someone else too, with the 2 player binding attacks.

Anyway, just a thought. I appreciate your work and looking forward to playing more of this.

Thank you very much. The arcade mod works great for me now. I appreciate it. Will be checking this often to see if there are any updates. Look forward to having a complete game of what you are trying to do someday.

Just got fun playing through the mod for TMT2 ARCADE GAME thanks to White Dragon's update. ;-) I can say White Dragon your fighting system is awesome. I had more time to play with all four turtles and try moves then just the beach level. I can tell you really like Raphael because you made him a bad ass with his combos. He is the easiest I think to play with and vary the combos. I don't have all them memorized. I am just hitting attack and the directional buttons a lot but Raphael has best combos doing that. ;-) Michelangelo was my favorite on old games but I love Raphael the best, because I do that laying down kick two much with Michelangelo in this version when randomly hitting buttons and it is isn't as devastating  as other player combos especially Raphael. ;-) Donatello was my 2nd favorite. His bo moves were awesome too.

oldmanwinters-

Download the two files above...

look for the pak file for shellshocked.

Unpack the file with paxplode. (You drag pak to paxolode)

files will be in data. copy the data files from the mod. Copy them to data folder and overide.

Repack it with borpack. (You drag data folder to borpack).

Launch Game.

I do not know whether it will be a Wii version, but I'll keep you updated (by the way Wii is beginning to be an old and obsolete console).

I really hope a Wii version makes it out. Absolutely love your work on this, but as someone that plays OpenBOR stuff almost exclusively on Wii, not being able to play this on it was a bummer. It's an outdated console, yeah, but a lot of people are still running homebrew on it and using it as a fairly viable emulation box. Maybe people aren't specifically using OpenBOR on it as much, but still, it would be a shame if this project didn't make it to Wii, considering how good it really is.

It's a complex mod with a lot of scripts.  if the wii can't handle it already then there's probably nothing he can really do to solve that in the long run.

Yeah, I get that. I'm sure if a Wii version makes it, it would require a lot to scale down before it was really playable. The version we have now, even before the crash, takes a good 3 or 4 minutes to load the title and attract screens, and even those aren't the smoothest things in the world. So it's pretty clear the Wii just can't handle it. I'm not holding my breath for a full fledged Wii version with all the bells and whistles, or anything. But if we do get a light version of this game to run on Wii in some form, I'm Just saying it would be nice to have.

He already said he make a light version for wii someday but at this point I be happy seeing anything come out because what we do have is so awesome. It be nice to have more levels!

hey guys, here a crazy idea that i was!.  ;D :o

konami did various and great games. since simpsons, to tmnt, sunset riders, and to mystic warriors.

the other day i was playing mystic warriors, a game that have one snow stage just like the one on this remake...  (sure the sprites was takken from there)

well, elseone who already played "mystic warriors" know this... SPOILER:
the kidnaped character dies on the railroad stage, for save his comrades.

this makes the ending very sad, and stupid for me. not like on sunset riders.

the crazy idea i was... is... what about if the turtles appeared there and rescue the fallen mystic warrior ninja? hehehe  ;)

this will be only possible, if one similar railroad stage will appear on the tmnt ss game.

for example... if white dragon would wanted to do more fast stages, like the snow one.

i means a fast stage set on a railroad station and trough the sewers.

the joke could come, after the turtles kill a boss on the sewers and do a turn, entering on the SAME tunnel where the "mystic warriors" ninjas was fighting!.  ;D ;)

...just for end the stage, taking on the air the mystic ninja. saving him/her!.  8)

however...
since the kidnaped char on mystic warriors is always different... :P this maybe will need to use 5 random sprites for ramdomly rescue elseone of the 5 ninjas. you know...

on the same way, put there certains cameos stages, will be awesome too.

for example?
imagine one cameo for a ending in the more pure "golden axe ending" style...

with the tmnt and foot ninja chars coming out from the arcade on the simpsons arcade stage. and bart and homer watching.  ::)

ps:
----
i also was thinking about how awesome could be, (for another different mod), mix chars from various konami games universes.

for example, imagine could play as a one tmnt, or with the sunset riders "billy". having every char different abbilities and attacks for the game.

I hope it's not dead, but if so we need someone to finish it! Put in levels from TMNT 1-4 and the Genesis one.
