Stage template with holes/platforms?

Hello.
I has been searching for a stage template which uses holes and plataforms but not in a 2d platform, something like you see in games like Double Dragon.

Do you want bg from a game as reference or just sketch like attached image below?

I've made that to show example of setting wall and hole using that image as panel. Four corners of wall and hole have their coords typed there and the white one is the one used as offset for wall and hole.
Wall height is 5000 cause it's meant to be as blocker.

Searching beat'm up bg with walls and holes is not hard but finding one with simple wall and hole setting was tough. I decided to use this bg below from DD3 : Rosetta Stone

The warehouse section has a wall and a hole so it should be decent for example.
Here's its suggested wall and hole settings:

wall        610 195 -35 0 500 500 50 5000
hole        290 240 0 0 65 65 23
