Okay, Eli, I'll try to explain to you:

You're seeing this because the colors for the character are wrong. In the player's txt file, you need to put this:
Code:
palette data/chars/Shimo/icon.png #0
alternatepal data/chars/Shimo/ishi.png #1
alternatepal data/chars/Shimo/imys.png #2
alternatepal data/chars/Shimo/isak.png #3

Where's written "Shimo" is your character folder and "i***.png" are your palette files.
You may also check your character's palette colours to see if there's something wrong.

Bloodbane man I love your games all except 2 images use same color I looked in my characters folder like kirsu said but there are no files with those names in the folder also checked the player text file and I do not see anything that corsponds with a pallets file if you guys have any ideas I would greatly appreciate the help I hope to make a game as great as ur games one day blood thx for any help guys

https://dcemulation.org/?title=OpenBORManual#Palette

IF you look there you will see this:

palette {path}

~This is to set default palette for this entity. ONLY compatible with truecolor mode (see video.txt above)!.
~{path} is the location of the image whose palette will be used as default palette. The {path} is relative to OpenBoR.
~If truecolor mode is set but this command is not declared, the 1st image/frame of the entity will be used instead.
~Usually used in conjunction with 'alternatepal' below. But sometimes it can be used to change default palette entity is using
~If path is set to none, alternate palettes are ignored and allows each frame (see 'frame' in animation data below) to use its own palette
~Useful to create effect libraries without having to design public palette for all of those effects

This is the part that I think you need to see: If truecolor mode is set but this command is not declared, the 1st image/frame of the entity will be used instead.

So you need to look at the 1st image/frame of the entity and see if its palette is the right one for the rest of the frames.

That's my best Guess.
