Canceled Shin Nekketsu Kouha: Kunio-tachi no Banka Beyond

Guys, I have bad news.

I'm going to cancel "Shin Nekketsu Kouha: Kunio-tachi no Banka Beyond". :'(

Yes, you read right. I'm going to cancel "Shin Nekketsu Kouha: Kunio-tachi no Banka Beyond".

The reasons? First, I couldn't find good sprites of yankii/bancho/japanese delinquents/students, especially the female ones. Sure, I found sprites of students, but not good ones to put in my game.

Second, I'm having a huge case of writer's block, not helped by my lack of free time in the last days.

Last, but not least, Kunio-kun is not much of a popular franchise in the other side of the world, even after the release of the popular (albeit not as much as Streets of Rage 4) River City Girls.

Because of this, I'm cancelling "Shin Nekketsu Kouha: Kunio-tachi no Banka Beyond". And even if I'm gonna revive the game some day, chances of this happening is slim to none.

I'm sorry. But as a consolation prize, you can install the demo of the game.

Kunio is a good licence.
And not really present in Openbor scene.

I have a Kunio project in my list as well. But I will need to finish my main project first.
And this is not an easy one.

No problem. I started the project a few months ago, so I actually did my best to do a good game.

Unfortunately, bad things can happen, especially in regards to fangame projects.
