I like the fact you continue making customs. Keep in mind this Strong punch animation is a very iconic pose of Cammy, as she also use a big part of it in her special move as well.
I recommand to perhaps edit the last pose a bit (the moment she actually punches) Just a suggestion, so it looks more Sailor Moon than Cammy ;)

also, glad to see these moves can perhaps be used in some game.
For someone like me who like sprites, know the time it takes... it's nearly a FREAKING NIGHTMARE to see so many beautiful animations NEVER used in any game.  :-[

If I was sure about palette compatibility, I would gladly upgrade the existing Mugen Sailor Mars with the TONS of customs already made for her. ::)
 
Do you mean Cammy's 'Quick Spin Knuckle'? That's going to go to another character I haven't decided yet whom to give to. Either Mercury or Venus. If things go well may be a villain from R or Stars.

This standing punch animation is when she's close to the opponent. Gazelle/Banpresto made a similar one already for the arcade which I believe is her 3rd hit.

I actually had to use 2 different frames from Cammy. One from the arcade and one from the Snes games. Not sure if the sprite ripper forgot there's a different start up frame for this or there never was in the arcade and I really wanted to have both frames with and without those speed lines.

Looks good, I like everything except the blur. IMO, you shouldn't have copied that aspect. There's no good reason these days to draw a blurred effect into the sprite. Keep it clean and solid - you can always add in a blur later on with a separate model.

i have been wondering about that,, i want to use a separate models to create semi-transparent blurs for the NS module, but i can get my head round how to load the models a t the right moments ... is there a mod that features this around?

They're already done.  ;)


I actually started editing first the sprite that doesn't have the speed lines cause starting off with the speed lines is messy.
