Im using photoscape/ paint to edit gifs. Im having many troubles.  few resources like broken urls to download tools such as '.bor audio plugin'

there is a char txt file writen palette that indicates wk1.gif, so i did place every entity that use all the different colours into one image.

there is a .txt in folder with this

palette data/chars/two.p/wk1.gif

remap  data/chars/two.p/wk1.gif  data/chars/two.p/alter.gif

fiz uma imagem contendo todas as cores e alterei a linha acima para apontar para a imagem como palette

You should post the problematic images here too not just screenshot.

Anyways, from those shots my best guess is that you aren't using same palette for walking frames. Am I wrong?

Want the original palette?

I already have the original files (isnt original palette inside char's folder?), but i dont have soo much knowleadge to use tools to edit it. Im editing by replacing files im trying to figure out how manipulate .gifs and sprites.

I've examined those 3 walking frames you posted and my thought was correct. Each frame has its own palette

The correct way is you have to apply same palette to all frames you are using for a character.

OClipper, are you good at using at least one graphic editor programs?

I use photoscape, paint and another online tools.. How do i apply the same palette to all frames? all frames are based on one frame (wk1)

Applying palette to images is easy. With Photoshop, you can set indexed mode and pick a palette to apply

My concern is which palette you are going to use for this character. Although you can use palette from other character, it's highly recommended to use personal palette for each character.

Do you know how to get that palette?

ugh. Forget that tutorial. It's only there for backward compatibility use. Seriously. Forget everything in it.

We'll walk you through the real (and much simpler) process of getting a sprite set going. Also, forget .gif while you're at it. OpenBOR supports .png and that's what you should be using.
