I only heard about a year or 2 ago that there was a Primal Rage 2 game in the works, but never released for, I think it was because arcade weren't doing good around the time. Anyway, I just read a comment on another video requesting someone to play this, and that someone recently got this working in Mame. Primal Rage being one of my top favorite fighting games as a kid, second only to Killer Instinct, I searched real quick and found that this was for real. Here's a video for anyone interested.
