This is one of my mini project. ;)
I love Gameboy games and my first game is Pokemon RED !!

I want to express the pokemon worlds in OpenBoR.

I really like the game play idea it still has that Pokemon feel with the trainers there while the Pokemon do real battle over the turn based original game.

I can see that there's no element affiliation yet but I assume you simply don't implement them :)

Let's hope Nintendo won't see this
 
This is really cool! I was already working on a similar mod, using Joshr's custom sprites. Are you considering adding multiplayer, at least for Player 2?

Looking forward to a release!
 
That was very cool, reminded me a bit of the digimon battle spirit games on gba, or the fighting one for playstation. (not saying that as a bad thing, enjoyed those games). I like hte detail on the video, hope your project goes well!
