esn23 Active member Jul 4, 2014 #1 I just downloaded palapply and tried to run it i clicked on bot Palapply.exe and teh guiexe one and nothing happens well a black dos type screen comes up for like a half of second and nothing happens. Is it not compatible with windows 8.1?
