OpenBOR Xbox

Hello all. I'm new to OpenBOR. i have a modded original xbox and i see a ton of OpenBOR games. i would love to make my own strictly for my xbox. if I wanted to do that, where would I start? is it like making any other OpenBOR game, or are there limitations since it's an xbox version.. and once completed how do i convert it to be an xbox game. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Xbox and Dreamcast support were both effectively discontinued quite some time ago. Neither port receives the newest updates, and I honestly can't recall what version the cutoff point was it. Someone will no doubt chime in with that info though soon.

Other than the obvious hardware shortcomings there are no specific limitations placed on the ports, so you can still mod for both and not worry that something you do is blocked. However, be aware that any new features added since then won't be available, and there's no longer any bug support.

Thanks so much. Now I just gotta figure out which version the cutoff is at and start from there. Time to do some digging.
