I got Openbor 3.0 to work on Android. The Openbor 3.0 Android app doesn't work with the newer android permissions so here's a work around. Install Winlator 11 and make a container. Install Openbor 3.0 for windows. Have PAKS already downloaded and move them into the Openbor 3.0 folder that you create on your C: in the PAKS folder. Create a touch screen layout because the gamepad layout isn't recognized. Just edit buttons and joystick to keyboard keys and enjoy. Oh if youre using 1280 resolution then the first time you start it you will need to change it in the video options to setup proper full screen.
