New to open bor need help

So this has been bugging me to death if anyone can help please do. I am trying to add lion-o and he man along with skeletor into golden axe. The game is another bor one called the curse of adder. I managed to rip the lion- sprite from mugen at first it worked lion-o was in the game. Of course he was too big and had no hit box so I tried to fix it by just shrinking the sprite by using a png resizer. Now every time I try to load in game it doesn't load it will kick me out so if someone can please tell me what I am doing wrong or how to properly put them in the game that would me much apricated.

I’ve watched that already that’s how I knew to make him a player click load check his frames ect

Nope which means I gotta do that
