Finally I had time to release a new char for Mugen

Here its the new version of the Spec Ops badass indian Mexican Typhoon, to celebrate MugenMultiverse's Month of Madness 2.

He is now an mugen 1.0 exclusive character, and got plenty of fixes and new moves.
His Hawk now can attack and even interrupt the enemy's moves.

Spec Ops characters are always making me feel like the guy from 10 years ago. Even when some characters are new, it's the only living nostalgic game project wich actually get's releases and all. Great release there man.

MB-01 was the first one i ever tried back in the days. Mexican Typhoon is a keeper aswell definitly.
