Moving while enemy is in pain

Do you mean while enemy is in pain they keep advancing on you?  i've been wanting to do this too.  There's the nopain flag but then you don't get pain anim at all.
 
There is no direct way.
It depends on your enemy, for example, if it is a turret, you can bind it to anther entity which moves instead but doesn't actually receive damage.
 
I'm just trying to stop my enemies from being pinned down on the spot too easily with automatic gun fire.  It's too easy to kill what should be tougher enemies.

Usually in shooter games, enemies simply don't play PAIN animation at all. They just blink to show that they get hit.

Right! It exists another method too... Weapon change to make a pain animation...
Your method is better however!
