Mugen 1.0+ only.
This is intented to be a CPU BOSS char.
It can't jump and just have a weak point - its eyes. You can hit its helmet or legs, but it receives no damage.
Thanx to that, its hard to make combos on him, except for its eyes.
It can't be grabbed or put into custom states.

Clever boss character of that Metool! He could be a good choice for him to be used as a boss character in a platformer if MVC Mega Man will be in for OpenBOR. We got some Mega Man baddies including Yellow Devil. Now we have Metool! I know the MVC styled Dr. Wily got Mugenized (and I have him as well). Looking forward to see more of Mega Man chars come to life.

- If he loses the first round, some moves are changed on the second one.
