Project is halted prior to completion and will not receive further updates.
Would be nice if you could edit the storm character you have to look more like the storm in this game called X-Women (Unreleased game).

would love Storm to play like she does in the video not the biggest fan of the storm sprite your using from the GBA game.

Maybe you could Resize her X-men vs Street fighter sprite like you did for the ice man sprite.
Also I would change Storms Blizzard sprites they just look like blue squares.

Id also change Jeans Default stance so it doesn't look just like blaze from SOR2 lol.

Id be willing to help. Really enjoyed the 1st game

Things always quiet down a little around this time. The community isn't going anywhere.

Usually in the summer time people take breaks from BOR because of the nice weather outside and other things going on.  Also good projects take a long time to make and after you sprite all your sprites, you still have to code.  It's hard to show things off all the time :P 
 
Is this only 616 characters or will you add Ultimate, 2099, etc?

I also have an idea for making a full-blown Disney as a whole crossover game after this.  Star Wars, Kingdom Hearts, the classic films, the works.

Would Squirrel Girl work as a playable character?

I have an idea for making the select screen easier: it's a level with a dummy cursor being the one to select a character ala Super Smash Bros. Of course, this is only for normal mode: the remake modes would go with the standard left-to-right system.

Rocket Raccoon (keep-away character using ranged attacks)
Groot (defensive wall)
Squirrel Girl (Kinda like Deadpool, but more of an ambush character)
Star-Lord (Gets stronger as he's hurt)
Mystique (admit it, copying enemies is really damn cool. Plus, it makes more sense than a playable Red Skull (he's got an entry on All The Tropes's Complete Monster page for a reason), because she's helped the X-Men from time to time)
Baymax (offensive wall. Perhaps he can change between modes (unarmored Disney, armored Disney, original) for different situations?)
1939 Human Torch (because he's Marvel's first ever hero)
Gamora (to even out the GOTG characters)
Reptil (shapeshifting into dinosaurs, WOOT! Plus, he's Hispanic.)
Iron Patriot
Shadowcat
Marrow
Dazzler
Quake

I have an idea for the Deadpool mode: have some exclusive bosses too silly for the main campaign. Such as Bessy the Hell-Cow in a Castlevania level, or some of the Hostess villains.

And I think there should be some minor cameos by characters who don't otherwise appear at all. Or you could give some of them story roles.  And I wonder how this game would work with CPS-2 music instead of SNES.
