AWESOME video!!!

Too bad to hear that about the sprite artist. The Abobo's walking animation looked really good.
 
Good to see your still modding Mr.Q :D this mod is looking really great, i hope losing the sprite artist does not slow things down to much, i'm looking forward to this and your tmnt mod.
 
I found the OpenBOR scene thanks to the work of Mr. Q.

I've just got the sprite artist back, so everything is OK again :) must wait for him to finish the ones I need though!

I think it's better not to ask for release dates since it's in progress. He takes time for a quality release, not a demand release. It's okay to ask any questions, but asking about when the project to be released while working/progressing, is not good. No one knows when the project will release, so it's up to the creator how he feels or to decide when it's time. People take their own time to make their own work a good quality. What will happen if a project is released without quality? It will turn crap and no one would like to play. I understand that some people are excited for wanting to play the game. They should be patient in waiting for the release instead of asking for release dates. Let the creator take time to finish the work.
 
You're right, I apologize, I was too excited.

I follow the evolution of the project since it was born in the mind of Mr.Q!.

I will wait, like a child waiting for his father :)

to mean secret in the game if there are alternative routes to the main path.

Master level - sub Level in the master Level (rooms, streets with motorcycles, cars, etc.) -  and choice the alternative stage at the end of each Master Level. I see that the battles take place in a room in the video.

I would also like to know if there will alternate endings depending on the choice of the stages and the presence and interaction of various characters during the plot :)

FANTASTIC NEWS! I had a feeling things would work out. This project is just too awesome to permanently walk away from! ;)

And to stin, Im pretty sure that room you see in all the videos is only a test room. Its just a simple room used to test the features and show off a few videos from time to time without giving too much away. It may or may not even be in the final game. Im sure he'll have more info on how stages work as more progress is made. I imagine hes still working on getting the rest of the character sprites, and game mechanics finished first.

Altho, I myself would be interested in knowing if there will be a any alternate paths to take. I always thought Final Fight 3 did a neat job with their alternate paths by the way they were accessed. Either by throwing someone into a door, breaking it open. Or not beeing able to take the city bus path if you break the bus stop sign.

I am willing to help you with sprites as well. I have made my own. Here are some I made in MsPaint of a HUGE version of Linda and The DD's faces and finally, my own version of a better looking Billy and Jimmy. All NES styled of course.

P.s. And by better I mean more accurately displayed like the Japanese Box Art. Minus huge opposing golden shoulder pads. ^___^ .

Actually. I think the author is busy with real life stuff. We don't know about his progress though. Seems to me this project is not dead, but I believe it's in progress. We will let the author let us know about the update of it. Time is taken. Patience is a virtue.
 
Hoping we'll hear something before the end of the year. This is easily one of my most anticipated OpenBOR games of all time!!!!
