I'm sorry for making this topic but when I tried messaging, seems their inbox are full and I can't message if PMs are full.
Since I can't send one person that has full of PMs, I just got an idea of posting here just to let anyone know if their PM's are full. It's a notice. Dunno if it's a good idea or not. It's to notice a person I'm trying to send PM to know that it's full.
