Hey guys, what's up?
So, I'm new here and I would like to know: How do I get start?
I don't know NOTHING about OpenBor, but I really want to learn about. :D

PS. Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place.

Software you need:
-Accoustica Audio Mixer
-Graphicsgale, GIMP, or Photoshop

Learn to:
-Extract Pak
-About GIF or PNG files
-Understanding color pallete
-Convert WAV to BOR
-Understanding txt command
-Compress to Pak files

Welcome Speedster! :D

Well, there are many things to learn as Tilaval posted but the easiest and best way to start is to edit existing mods and learn from there. It's small step but it really helps understanding the basic mechanic of the engine

Thank you all guys!

Hey, Tilaval, thanks for the tips!
In fact I have some knowledge about, GIF and Palletes because of MUGEN, so it's something.  :P

Start editing, huh?
Ok, the bad part is the lack of sprites for what I want, but I will figure it out.
Thanks again!

So if you having problem in input text command, just research here:

Thanks, Uniqueheart!

Tilaval, oh that will be very helpful!

Ned, I wanna try 2 ideas:
The 1st:
High School of Dead, the story will follow the anime events, since apparently the manga is having problems to continue.
The mechanics is based upon Final Fight series with some additions.
The 2nd:
Rurouni Kenshin, but just a wish, no ideas yet, since I'm busy. I'll focus here in the future.

But for now, I'm try organizing my time and taking all the basics of how learn to handle OpenBor.
