I thought I see these on a mod

Anyone remembers the mod? or am I just imagining?

I don't remember seeing this enemy.

I think I saw it on a splatterhouse mod by Xeif. unfortunately it was never released (not even a demo) and the guy just dissapeared lot of years ago
