I need help information about the Upload page for mugen section

yesterday I uploaded one my mugen screen pack bitmugen. and I dont know if its went threw threw the progress or not so can someone pretty please check if did or not ?
also how do I add my own  mugen icon when I upload a file ?
I try to upload an icon but nothing happen and I am not 100% sure if I did everything right.
also what the limit of file can we upload for mugen ? once a day ?
I am really new here

Honestly speaking, you should not use the upload function here.
Because normal users can't edit their own files, so it's kinda pointless.
