I Need help burning OpenBOR Games to play on Sega Dreamcast

Can someone please help me out with burning a OpenBOR game to Sega Dreamcast. What do I need to burn a game? I have burned games before but it was years ago & I forgot how to do it. an someone please refreash my memory? Thank you.

I’m very interested to know if it’s possible, to port/convert the following OpenBOR titles to the (possibly modded) Sega Dreamcast?:

1. Martial Masters - New Legend  (2p) - (Lord Skiff & BloodBane) - 2013

2.  G.I. JOE - Attack on Cobra Island  - (Count Monte) - 2014

3. Marvel Super Heroes - War of the Gems (2013-Guima Brothers)

Is such a thing possible, perhaps on a 32mb modded Dreamcast ?
