How to Play send player to website possible?

I want to make more indepth video guides on how to play my game. When player press HOW TO PLAY in main menu, I want to send them to a website through their default internet browser.

Has that been done before? Possible with script?

Sorry for reviving old thread, but is there a possibility this could change in the future?

As I'm preparing to launch on STEAM one thing people do often is having a button in game that directly takes them to the STEAM Page from their game demo.

Getting wishlists on STEAM is the most important thing to a developer. Hitting the required wishlists number, it's the difference between 10 million impressions vs 0

Yeah, sorry @Aerisetta, that's not really in the cards. It would instantly open the engine up to all kinds of exploits, and basically turn it into a hacking tool. As it is, OpenBOR is effectively immune to malefactors. The worst it can do is create and write code into text files, but you still need a third party app to execute that code. If OpenBOR could also run a third party app, then you could have it write pretty much anything you want, and then run it. At minimum, that would get it flagged as malacious software by every reputable security system in existince.
