Help!

[crusoe371]

I want to male a mod featuring Streets of Rage and the game Mutation Nation, and I am having trouble getting started as this is my very first mod. Can you help me with tips on how to get started?

download a finished mod and study how things are setup and done. Read the manuals and look at the tutorials. It seems like a lot at first but try to pace yourself and understand your not going to learn everything you want to learn immediately if you get stuck or have questions look through the help section first because a lot of your questions might be answered there and if not ask in this topic but if you don't see replies its probably because the answer your looking for is in the manual so continue reading and checking there hope this helps and good luck

WhenI extracted the bor.exe it does nothing it pops up for a milisecond and disappears, what should I do?

You should be extracting a .pak file instead

Is there a .pak extractor tool to open a .pak and .bat file

Someone should make a "How to Mod for Dummies."(like myself)  vid . I still dont understand.
