Help with receptionist

[Bloodbane]

Previously we have shown Hippodrome lobby with fighters, guards and a receptionist inside

After expanding the lobby again and added more fighters there, receptionist has become not so obvious. Players might think that he's another fighter.

The guy in front of Dimsdale is the receptionist

We wanted to add table or something near that guy to show that he's the receptionist however we can't find decent small table
Anybody has suggestion for the table?
Or maybe has better suggestion for the receptionist?

Why not move Dark Wolf into Lord Bloodbane's throne room, and leave right side of lobby empty except for the Dwarf receptionist -- and put a wooden sign next to him that says "Join Here"
