Help with fullscreen resolution

Hey guys im in need a alittle help. I recently got a new pc and now when i try to play any openbor game in full screen it sort of cuts off the top and bottom of the screen (so i cant see the health bars ect) Im not sure what the problem is as im still using the exact same monitor at 1600x900 resolution.

And all games used to be fine in full screen. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it please, Nothing im doing is helping.

Im not sure what it is buddy , I have always played with my monitor at 1600x900 but when i click full screen it would just make it fit to my screen properly. But now its like its stretching the image too much.

It must be some sort of setting im missing on my pc hahaha hopefully i can figure it out. Thanks for the reply dude :) - Edit i figured it out silly windows had apps to 120% zoom as default for some reason hahaha. Can someone please lock/close this please :D
 
My 4K laptop does the same thing - but in Windowed mode too. Using SDL graphics mode in OpenBOR video settings corrects it. I've never been able to find the OS video setting to fix, but since no one else can reproduce the issue I just deal.

Try going into display settings and see if your scale and layout is zoomed in more than 100% buddy , Thats what fixed it for me , it was set to 120% by default for some reason.
