YES! Glad to see some more project.
I really understand you about the lack of time due to real life, particularly when you reach this age we are.
Anyway, It's a pleasure to see some more pigs to kick and slash! ^^
 
Chars are really unique, and there's a humor in it that makes them interesting.. :)
Hope you get it done soon, but if you want some advice, there seems that some accessories of the chars follow a certain shading style, while others (the skin, or clothes) follow another one. Also they look a bit lacking of color, but that's just my impression, otherwise it looks unique.

I have a new attack idea for the Dark Mistress Pig: a headbutt attack using their spiked headgear.

To zanac: Version 0.5 is a version of "Gudule-Fist in your face". It's another project.

Speaking of Gudule, I also wonder if version 1.0.0 is the final revision. It is almost the same as 0.3.1, except for the last trip, which has been scratched completely! I'm disappointed, it was the only rather challenging point in the game. I was waiting for the debut of the female pirates, as drawned. :(
Are you going to create a sequel with the parts removed, or will Gudule's sword adventures end here?

In any case, the game is fun and works great (bravo!), except that it is no longer possible to take the cheese and the purple ampoule in the Lord Couchon level; they are placed too high. Also, no high score saving.

Overall it's pretty good man, wish there was more cutscenes and little bit more music though that's probably coming in the next version of the game!!  Loving the animations as well man pretty funny like an old school cartoon!!!

Looking forward to the next version bro!!

My Daughter is 6 years old and an OpenBOR action game fan  ;D
I discover all the games with him :)
For your's we play it one level each, (chacun son tour et on s'est éclaté) :p
I understand your game is for only one player, and it's fine like this :)
But if you find an idée to make it two player ... why not we will love to try it again :p
Maybe with a friend or a familiar animal we un lock when we left the castle, or that help us to escape the castle ... ;)

Hi tontonMayonnaise: Long time no see here :). Is there any reason why you delete all your game reference to Gamejolt too?
Maybye you can expose us what you are making with the GZDoom engine in General section? :)
 
No reason related directly to chronocrash ... In fact, I'm not a "public" person. I like to make games but I hate talking about them.
I broke down at the end of 2020 ...
