Canceled Gudule - Fist in ya Face !

Project is halted prior to completion and will not receive further updates.
Does this mean that the original Gudule is cancelled now? I do like how there’s more playable characters, and Gudule’s fighting is faster now.
 
I really appreciate your art style, reminds me some games made for Amiga computer and cartoons like "Groo, the wanderer".
The soundtrack is very cool too.

I already ask him this on Youtube and i can tell you no. It is an other game, he make two games at same time.

i played through the demo, it's lookin good, funny, and promising :)
i'll get myself around to playing the first gudule now ;D congrats on expanding your original franchise, best wishes!
Also i noticed there is a demo for another splatterhouse game, "down to hell"!Thanks for taking the time and keeping us splatterhouse fans up to date with this n.n specially considering since you need time to dedicate to the gudule games too.
I currently get this error:
"********** An Error Occurred **********
*            Shutting Down            *

Unable to open file 'data/chars/worm/worm.txt'"
But i've been having problems with other openbor games aswell...if i can figure out a fix, i'll make sure to try it out too!

Oh. Alright. I hope the improved combat shows up in the first Gudule.
 
Why not merge the two games in one since it's the same hero and universe? It could be two differents sets or stories :)

Good idea!  I suggest building a mod with two separate chapters.
1 - The rescue - Gudule and friend save the symbol of peace;
2 - The revenge - To avoid further attempts at theft, Gudule sneaks into the castle to defeat the Piggy Gang.

The first Gudule is not cancelled, and I'm working on it too :)
I need to take a look at "Splatterhouse - Down to hell" I didn't update it since a lot of time.
I know, I'm beginning too much mods at the same time  ;D

I think updates will come those days but I've got things to do on these christmas days.

Hi, maybe you can try the engine 6315, it working fine for me!
 
Have you only add the good engine ?
Or have you correct also some bugs ?
For my part it works fine on the last engine.
 
I'm still playing the game, and I love the mechanics.
THe crazy voices are really funny!

I also wanted to ask how do you manage to implement the background wallsplat feature?

I'm really curious to see how it works and if it require script. ???

Actually I studied Openbor functions just with the old "OpenBORManual" from 2012.

This is why I never heard about this function.
Seems fun and easy to use!

I wonder if all the new features have been added to the engine or if they were already possible back in 2012 (but not present into the manual)
