Game freezes in player select

What's up everybody? I ran into a little snag and would like some help from the pros. So far all but two of my girls play.
Chun li and pinky are the ones that do not. The game freezes when i choose them. There are no errors.Do i need a newer version OB? So if anyone knows more about this problem,please let me know, i would like to learn how to fix it. Thanks!! Peace out!!!!!

if there are no error on the log pointing missing assets and such, could be a script issue, it hapened to me several times and almost allways due to missing animationscripts and the like.
