Hello kids
many of the games gone when the old website lavalit passed away, but only part of the developers returned back and re-uploaded their games. The community lost many cool games.  Many of the games scattered over the internet with dead links, abandoned pages and cannot be found anymore
Let's return the lost treasure.
So here you are a collection of completed old and new games, good games that still rock. Some of them can be found here or there but many of them cannot be found anywhere else

Every game has a screenshot above the game files. Also some games have additional info in .txt. The name of the game is the file name itself.

How to download: on the game files right click-> Save Link As (or whatever is in your browser) and download all .js files. If not download that way then try with left mouse button, it open a new page and loads into. Then go to File-> Save Page As and will save the file.
For easy download multiple files use FlashGet or something, just select all links on the page and drag it over download box ;)
Then rename .js to .rar, then un-rar, then unzip and put the .pak file into Paks folder in your openbor.
For easy rename multiple files I use TotalCommander - select all files, press CTRL+M and type rar in Extension  ;)

Edit 1: All games are cleaned from unused sound and music files stuffed inside which take space for nothing, hereby all games reduced the size. Some games are fixed from crashing or stuck levels, some games are updated to last released version.

Edit 2: If you open this page for first time you will not be able to see the screenshots above the game files. Screenshots are hiding. If that so, just click HERE and refresh the page and you will see all screenshots. The screenshots should continue opening automatically for a day or couple of days and will hide again. Then you have to repeat this trick.
This is due to hotlink image protection on the host, which cannot be turned off. Sorry for the inconvenience

Edit 3: Alternative link with all games click HERE but is traffic limited, 5GB per 6 hours or something like that, so you have to wait or just use different IP

==Recommended OpenBOR==============
For best experience play all games on 3979 this version run most of the games and show animated backgrounds in game levels.
All games work on 3979 or 4107 but above 3979 you may not see animated background in some games like Code Name Sailor V the elev level. Only few games you need older openbor. Ghosts'n Demons need openbor 2656 or 3482 and this is described in the game txt file. Golden Axe Myth works on 3711 which is  latest openbor with .spk support. Double Dragon 3 The Dragon Stone work upto 3979
If you play on higher openBOR version like 4153 and above then some games will not work because will need more fixes than I have done.

Unfortunately I have not fixed the old games to work with last version because on version higher than 4153 compatability errors are going much much hard and will take much more time and efforts than I am doing now to make it work on 4107 (or 3979). May be one day will fix them for the last version...  ::)
So for now I am fixing all old games for version lower than 4153. Use version lower than 4153 (for example 4107 or 3979). If you use higher than 4153 some games will need more fixes. :-\

Why don't you post all of them in a single topic instead? It's not like you would double post it or anything since you are merely continue a single thread instead of populating the entire board. It's best if you could get hold of Illusionista. You could contact DC, but aside from he's busy, I think his PM inbox is full.

I am busy, but I try to answer questions I see in the forum that I know other members really can't or that I happen to have the best answer for.

As for PMs, it is true PMing me won't get you far. Questions belong in the public forum, and answering a PM with "I don't normally answer these but..." is still answering. We even have a special section just for questions about the forum itself. So to be fair to everyone, I ignore most PMs unless there is a VERY good reason not to.

Now as for the real question here, I really don't mind how you choose to post. Personally I think having them all in one thread is better,  Keeps them all in one place and easier to find. There are no written rules about it or anything though.

If you want to start a new topic to put it all in one place, go ahead. I recommend you reserve a few posts to give yourself room to work with.

I just reupload the "Double Dragon 3 The Dragon Stone", if you download it again it will be fixed version
I found bug in the game in stage 4 level 11, three of the enemies spawned outside of the map and the game cannot continue, no chance to get on the next level.  :'( It's in file stage4-2.txt.
So I removed the three enemies and level continues.  :)
Btw, the game is masterpiece, so much levels and different, snow, rain, destoyable fences and objects, multilevel footpath etc.  :D

I wish you could have put the openbor version to play these games man!!  Whenever I try them out on the latest openbor release they crash midway or they just don't work, same goes for the older versions as well!!
 
All games run, I personally tested them all during the years, this is my personal collection.
I uploaded (see my second post) the two OpenBOR version I use - 3711 and  3979. The old version 3711 run 100% all games I uploaded. The new 3979 runs few recent games like "Turtles Ninjas and Battletoads", "Simpsons Treehouse of horror" that the old one can't
I use the new 3979 and if any problem then using old one 3711

I uploaded few Android OpenBOR apk. Same is here, some games cannot run on last Android OpenBOR 1.4.2, then I install the old 1.3.4 or 1.0 build 3979

Some games crash or stuck on some levels but this is not OpenBOR version issue, this is because the creator have left his hands. I fixed few of them recently. Today I fixed "Double Dragon 4" and re-uploaded it, because 2nd, 3rd and last level didn't load. Also reduced file size as removed not used music files.

I can't add these links to the first post due characters limitation 20000. Strangely I was able to post 46000 characters post but cannot edit it..... will be good if the admin fix this :)

Damn, didn't notice lol!!  Looking forward to playing Double Dragon 4 then it crashed when I got to the 2nd level lol, thank you for fixing this and all the uploads man, your a godsend!!!  Some of these games I've been looking for for a while now.

Time to increase my openbor collection 8)

I noticed that the mod Golden Axe Curse of Death Adder 3.0 doesn't work like it just loads then the game closes??

I tried it on Vista and it's working fine but on XP it just closes for some reason, and I tried both openbor versions in this thread, yet nothing??

First time I've ever experience something like this, hope someone could help!!

 
Aliens vs Predator - Aftermath is fixed, last level was crashing because endhole bug
Asterix and Caesars Challenge is fixed version, 2 levels was crashing because missing objects
Street Fighter - Victory is last version with new movements and 1 addition character
Contra is the last version
some other games are up to date with last version
another 20-30 games are added
All games are cleaned from non used music files inside that was stuffed taking a lot of space. In numbers, from 11 GB about 3 GB orphan audio files removed (more info about cleaning tool check on http://www.chronocrash.com/forum/index.php?topic=2481.0)
 
I downloaded all mdb parts and renamed them to .rar then extraxt rar with 7 zip and tried to extract the 7z zip but cant what do I do
 
yep you are right, the files are ok just http drops connection little before end coz limitation. I have messed up something will fix it asap. Sorry for that...  :-[ will fix it asap
Until yesterday all was OK, this topics are staying a long time here and was downloadable.
Why you not downloaded it before yesterday?!?  ;D you decide to download exactly when I messed up something less than 24 hours ago and registered only to make double post :)
 
It is fixed already, all is OK enjoy. Read the instruction in my first post. Btw, if you have downloaded games before you can download it again, now all games are reduced size after orphan music files cleaned

@dafamily I just tried Golden Axe Curse of Death Adder 3.0 works perfect on openbor 3979 and 3711. I cant see where is the problem
 
for the marvel super heroes (marvel comics) mod, not the war gems one I seem to get stuck on the 2nd part of the first stage. All i hear is the sentinel walking so I am assuming its being spawned somewhere offscreen where its getting stuck? Any chance you see if it can be fixed?

Today I re-upload all games, because before in the games were deleted go.wav block.wav and land.wav.  go.wav is the Go Go sound effects when prompt you to move on the next screen, block.wav is the character block move sound effect  :)
This happened because I used my tool to clean the dead music files stuffed inside the games to reduce the file size and accidentally I cleaned go.wav block.wav and land.wav :-[ . This will not stop the game to work but you will not hear this sound effect in the game. About 70-80% of the games was affected by this bug  :-\ So I fixed everything, now all games are OK 8)
So if you have downloaded games from my collection before, please download it again to be sure you have last fixed game Sorry for inconvenience  ;)

P.S. "Final Fight - Heroes v7.4" is fixed, last level screen coordinates were beyond  and game stuck, now is OK
